Motorcycle Insurance Groups Probability, Please Assist!?

Probability, please assist!? - motorcycle insurance groups

A 2005 survey of cyclists, led by Life Insurance Company X, has shown that 40% of cyclists body art like tattoos and piercings. A group of 10 riders are in the process of buying motorcycle insurance:

What is the probability that none of the 10 has the body art?
What is the probability that exactly 3 has body art?
What is the probabililty least 4 has body art?
What is the probability that no more than 2 to the body art?

Please break this information and display the work.

This must be elected on the binomial

If p = 40/100 negative 60/100

P (x) x = 0,1,2,3,4

NCX xq ^ n ^ p - xn = 10 here

i) the probability of the 10 were 10C = 0 (2 / 5) ^ 0 (3 / 5) ^ 10-0

= (1) (1) (3 / 5) ^ = 3 10 ^ 10 / 5 ^ 10

ii) exactly 3 have 10C3 = (2 / 5) ^ 3 (3 / 5) ^ 7

iii) have at least 4 = P (x = 5) + P (x = 6) + P (x = 7) + P (x = 8) + P (x = 9) + P (x = 10)

Insert the appropriate values of x and n in both suction and get the answer.

iv Not more than 2 = P (x = 0) + P (x = 1)) + P (x = 2)

10C3 average of 10! / 3! (10-3)! and so on. I hope you know the calculations based on permutations and combinations
