I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 I want to be able to video chat with my friends, but all my friends MacBook. My question is: If I buy a video camera, the chat with my friends, can have the MacBook? It even works in the same manner as iChat?

I think you have a problem with that - just released a similar question, but should in theory have the same iChat work. I have a problem with the PC users can get the "permission" to see my camera, even if it was issued. (Yahoo Messenger) If we calculate that before me and our answers, I tell you.
